B-1 Glaum's organic cage-free egg, 1/4 avocado, mixed greens from garden (including kale, romaine, red leaf, rocket, and parsley), pumpkin seeds, two strawberries and Whole Foods Breakfast (chicken) sausage. Lime as dressing. This was a great combo -- I had good energy all morning.

L-1 Mini-romaine wraps. Red bell pepper strips, sliced red onion, cucumber, bacon, and slivered almonds with Diestel organic roasted turkey breast and a tiny amount of Just Mayo (garlic) on each for fat content. Organic apple sandwich with MaraNatha all natural raw almond butter and cinnamon. This helped with my sugar craving.

D-1: Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast with sage, asparagus, and a steamed artichoke with lemon. I halved one chicken breast through the middle. The chicken recipe was from pHresh & Clean.
