THE PERFECT SMOOTHIE

Having a visual like this takes all the guesswork out of building a great tasting and good-for-you smoothie. Sure there are loads of recipes to rely on but so many say "use a handful of greens" and I've always wondered what that meant!? And, more often than not, most smoothies are loaded with too much sugar (yes, too much fruit, honey, apple or orange juices etc!) and not nearly enough balanced protein and healthy fats that will help to keep your blood sugar regulated and your body properly satiated.
Thanks to The 30 Clean, we now have this awesome visual as a reference. Despite making 100s of smoothies over the years, I've still printed this off and have it on my fridge. The amounts are clear but the choices are still yours depending on your taste and what you have in stock.
