ZOODLES CARBONARA

L-2: Zoodles Carbonara -- 2 small zucchinis spiralized, freshly shucked peas, 3 crimini mushrooms sliced, uncured bacon chopped in bits, parsley, red pepper flakes, olive oil, a clove garlic, and one cage free egg at end, off heat, to bind. Secretly bacon and eggs since I had a smoothie this morning.

D-2: Grilled skirt steak plus my new favorite salad -- spinach, strawberries, red onion, avocado, poppy seeds, and toasted slivered almonds.
