L-4: Alrighty. Outrageously good sweet potato wedges with cinnamon, paprika, & rosemary (via deliciouslyella.com), a grilled chicken breast, and a kale & micro green salad with blood orange, kalamata olives, and hazelnuts. The dressing was just evoo, zest & juice of blood orange. So satisfying. Delish. Yum Yum.

D-4: This is Suzanne Goin's recipe from her Sunday Suppers cookbook. It's awesome and the hard boiled eggs, beets, mini potatoes, and dressing can all be prepared ahead. Rocket from my garden. Dijon vinaigrette. Looks creamy bc there's an egg-yolk in there. Otherwise, just a little mustard, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and evoo.
