HITTING THE SPOT

It's so cold in the Bay Area today - a little warm lunch was definitely needed.
I decided to make some "pasta". You really can't beat that small angel hair attachment on the spiralizer. It's magic. The pasta is one zucchuni, lots of pressed garlic, a handful of cherry tomatoes (diced), 1 T of capers, lemon zest & juice (from 1/2 lemon) all sauteed in a little evoo (1.5 T). I added a grilled rosemary chicken breast (sliced) and mixed greens from the garden w/a few hazelnuts. Delish. A little Italian is certainly hitting the spot.
