STILL FIGURING IT OUT

Day 10. Monster breakfast. Framani breakfast sausage, wilted spinach and tomatoes with scrambled eggs. The danger of this breakfast is your husband coming in to the kitchen and saying - hey, can I have a bite? And then wanting it!! Good thing my eyes were bigger than my stomach.

Some days, I'm hungrier than others. This morning's monster breakfast was way too big. Even sharing it, I still wasn't hungry by lunchtime. Still, I had a small kale-almond milk-hemp protein smoothie for good measure. Of course, by 5:30, I was starving. Whoops!!
For dinner, I grilled a small chicken breast, roasted some spaghetti squash and added sautéed snap peas, broccoli and mixed greens & kale from the garden. Citrus vinaigrette. I'm not sure why but this particular combo was spot on. I felt really great all evening. Back on track...
