FAST FOOD

Holy Cow. Everything. ALL. At. Once. Tonight. Yikes. As such, this pretty bowl is my new version of fast food. I had leftover zoodles in the fridge and quickly sauteed them with red bell pepper, tomato, green onion, kalamata olives, pine nuts, and juice from one small lemon. I finished with a sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt which is my absolute favorite. I also have a whole chicken roasting the oven but just couldn't pull it together from a timing standpoint. Husband home after week-long travel and sicker than a dog, homework hell, dishwasher decides to go on the fritz (won't even turn on!), dogs going nutso. You get the idea. Bone broth tomorrow!
