This absolutely gorgeous root vegetable slaw is based on Yotam Ottolenghi's recipe via the Jerusalem Cookbook. I did not include the refined sugar, dairy, or kohlrabi because I didn't know what it was! Nonetheless, this salad is a game changer. I have been tired of greens lately. My favorite colors in one bowl? Yes, please!
