Feeling a little patriotic? Here's a fun way to kick off your Memorial Day weekend -- Red, White & Blue Chia Pudding. Recipe is below.

RED, WHITE, & BLUE CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients
1/4 cup raw chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (homemade or I like Silk brand best)
Directions
Place chia seeds in an airtight container
Add almond milk
Stir to combine
Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight
The next morning before serving, stir again to combine
Pour chia pudding into a bowl and top with organic sliced strawberries, raw coconut, blueberries, slivered almonds and a dash of cinnamon.
By the way, your chia pudding will keep 4-5 days in the fridge in the airtight container.
Enjoy!
