RED, WHITE, & BLUE CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk (homemade or I like Silk brand best)

Directions

  • Place chia seeds in an airtight container

  • Add almond milk

  • Stir to combine

  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight

  • The next morning before serving, stir again to combine

  • Pour chia pudding into a bowl and top with organic sliced strawberries, raw coconut, blueberries, slivered almonds and a dash of cinnamon.

  • By the way, your chia pudding will keep 4-5 days in the fridge in the airtight container.

  • Enjoy!

Homemade Almond Milk? YES! It's sooo easy. And, it tastes AH-MAZ-ING. Click here for the Kitchn's instructions. I promise you, you won't be sorry. I am now making a double batch every week!
