FATHER'S DAY FRENCH POTATO & GREEN BEAN SALAD

My CSA box has included beautiful little potatoes and green beans the past couple of week. My friend Joey suggested a french-inspired salad and a quick google look-up put me in touch with this recipe. I modified tho -- using small potatoes, no eggs, thyme, arugula, or chives and substituted champagne vinegar for the white vinegar bc that's all I had! It was delish so I wanted to share.
